Hi all. I'm currently 12dpo and got a bfn this morning third month ttc(my lt phase is 13 days normally, 12 last cycle)
I had been on the le diet for just shy of 21 weeks when I oed cd15. From day of o through to today I had gone completely off diet. I've kept skipping breakfast but I've had meat almost every day and haven't monitored my diet nutrition intake at all!! The fat and protein levels would be very high. I'll be back on diet from tomorrow but my question is has the last 12 days of eating whatever whenever undone 21 weeks of work (I really really thought I was pregnant this cycle) Should I skip a cycle ttc so I'll have another 5/6 weeks back on diet?? Any thoughts/recommendations?

So sorry about your BFN Pbn3. Xx. I wouldn't stop ttc. I think it's your overall diet that counts. 2 weeks isn't going to undo 21 weeks. It's probably just what your body needs anyway. I did something similar the month b4 my bfp. I think that helped me get my BFP as I'd lost too much weight by then. Just pick yourself up, dust off, and carry on I say xx. Big hugs.
Very blessed with

Sometimes the best girl sways are the most laid back! I wouldn't skip a month personally, since you've been on the diet for so long.
FX so hard for you!!!!

I had a horrible diet this cycle too because I was sure I was pregnant. I don't plan on skipping this month. I am going to lose the two pounds I gained (yes, I gained two pounds!) and I'm going to be super strict on diet and hopefully it'll undo any "blue friendly" things I did the last two weeks. I hope September is your month!
