Grapefruit juice always worked for me
Oh, and lots of water!

I'm having a glass of grapefruit juice and I have noticed loads more!! I was wondering with the fish oil too! How much fish oil are you taking? What other vitamins are you having? Xx

Mucinex (or anything with the active ingredient Guaifenesin) increases cm and sways boy. My best friend has two boys and took it when TTC the first time. Dose would be once a day following the package instructions. I think that was 1 teaspoon a day of the liquid. There's capsules you can take too.
Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

Take 1000mg of fish oil, only take the mucinex or robitussin 5 days before O.... Drink lots of water with or w/out lemon & grape juice, I think as much as you like! I heard that EPO & green tea can sometimes dry you out.... Hope this helps!
