Hi atomic
Did the LE Diet about 9 Werks before i got pregnant the first time for baby nr 3.
Sadly it was a chemical.
After that i started the LE Diet again and after 4 weeks got pregnant again. Right after the positive test menstruation came
So im wondering if my body cant handle this diet.
Thats what i did:
PCOS style LE diet (no meat, no sugar, lot of vegetables and fruits, whole wheat and brown rice instead of normal)
Drank only crystal light from af til pos opk
Took low dose aspirin through the cycle
Take Metformin because of the pcos (dont have problems with weight of insulin)
Have Hashimoto so habe to take medication for an autoimun.
Now i read that with miscarriages you should drop the aspirin and take vitamin c instead. But isnt it supposed to sway blue?
And what about iron and zink? I read these should be taken too but also sway blue because of the supplement thing.
Next problem is that my LP is short (11 days) and start to bleed brown two or three days before so i will start taking progesterone right after ovulation.
I really need some help right nowwhat to do?

Hello, what meds do you take for hashi's other than thyroxine? Just interested if it's any different as I have elevated antibodies but they haven't diagnosed hashi's and put me in the sub clinical hypothyroidism box! My tsh was 6.7 pre-thyroxine. My most recent bloods were 0.11 so it was reduced from 125mcg to 100mcg xx

No its the same as you take plus Thybon for my ft3. Because of the Thybon my tsh is under 0,01 but thats normal. If you have antibodies i think you have Hashi.

No thyroxin is for free t4 and thybon is for free t3. I have to take it because my body cannot convert the free t4 into free t3 that good.
I only take a look for free t3 and free t4 because my tsh is under 0,01. Sorry i cant help you with that.
Yes i mean Selenium.

How much of that do you take and is it ok for a girl sway? How long did it take you to conceive previously? It took me 18 months with my second. Sorry for all the questions! X

Thankyou, ive ordered 100mcg selenium. I don't want to over-do it. Good luck with your sway x
