I just bought some. I have an issue of irregular spotting and a weak area in my uterus. TTC for over a year now. I know own nothing about this team or if it sways. How do you drink it? Has anyone had girls while using it? Would it be ok to use we it has vitex and peppermint tea?

I wouldn't use it personally, I've tried it a few cycles and it had no effect that I could tell orcthat was visible by ultrasound. I think it may sway blue if does anything much...
I spot for more than a day before AF a few cycles per year, sometimes starting as early as 6dpo. I also spot for a few to several days after my 1-3 days of flow during AF. No changes on RRLT, 3 strong cups a day all cycle long. Vitex actually made me spot for even longer after AF, no effect on my LP spotting, I was on it for about 10 cycles.
Never done peppermint tea, but I wonder if maybe you'd be best off avoiding all 3 herbs as they may exacerbate your issues. You'd almost definitely be better off getting some Clomid/Femara if possible. Femara preferably if you're 38+.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I'm turning 31. I'm definitely ovulating every month on my own. My lining looks good. I had a small cyst on my right ovary they said their not worried about and a small 2 cm possible clot in my uterus that's being rechecked in 2 weeks.

Yeah I really think there's no benefit of RRLT for you.
