It's also staying within 40-60g protein, 40-60g fat and 1500-1800 calories. 2-3 meals a day with no snacking and having a long fast of 12-16 hours from your last meal to your first meal. Make sure your getting plenty of nutrients from fruit and vegetables to stay healthy.
This is just a brief overview- let us know if you have further questions!

So i was bit concerned when some one here on form said they had sabgetti and felt guilty. So i was concerned coz i eating pasta regularly
I m not eating fruits or veg a lot. I should include them

No worries!! Pasta is fine as long as it's within your limits and overall calories for the day. A serving is usually 1/2 c, which isn't much.
Definitely add veggies and fruits as this is good to help with overall health.
Snacking/cheats are fine in the 2ww, and this is a great time to do that! Just make sure you wait until 5-7DPO that way you can keep your blood sugar low during implantation. Also, don't go overboard either and blow your whole diet when you snack/have a cheat! This makes continuing to stick to the diet much harder and undoes all of your hard work!
Glad to help! Keep up the good work- you're doing great!!!

Never skip a month of trying, EVER!!! You never know when Goldie the Golden egg will be released! Just pick yourself back up and start over. Your body won't freak over a few days of cheats. Your body remembers the length of overall time on the diet. This diet is such a huge change for us boy moms, and you don't want to be on it any longer than you have to by skipping months of TTCing!
Plus, we overestimate our cheats. They never truly are as bad as we make them out to be anyway!
FX and GL to you!!!!

But what if you aren't pregnant this month?? Eating normally in the 2WW can undo some of the good of the diet (in addition to raising your glucose levels which may make it harder for XX to develop and implant). I would not certainly not have you skip next month, but just so you and others reading this understand the thinking here.
