    getting cycle back after pregnancy

    hi hi , i have a little boy 7 month old and stopped BF over a month ago. But didn't get AF back yet, does anyone know if you can hurry it along a little bit? or if its just a waiting game ?

    Sometimes it jsut takes a little while. Are you eating a very restrictive diet?

    maybe not the healthiest of all diets at the moment ( dam you chocolate cravings ) but i had a very irregular cycle before i got pregnant and want to try for a girl in feb/ march so i guess I'm very inpatient and worried that its gonna be all over the show again or hasn't shown up than

    It took 14 months for mine to come back after DS3. I know it must be frustrating if you want them close together but hang in there xx

    Chocolate is ok, that is not the type of thing that delays ovulation (crash dieting does that, not eating choc!)

    I bet your cycle will be back before then!

    so i ended up taking vitax and iron and got my cycle back 3 weeks after starting not sure if the supplements helped but like to think so

    If you stopped nursing, usually once it's back it's back to stay.
