Potty shot guesses/information needed pls

Hi guys, i'm new here and already posted in the wrong forum and can't figure out how to delete lol.

Anyway, I have a question about potty shots. I got this shot at 11 weeks 4 days but was measuring 12 weeks 4 days
..so I am not even sure what week it wud really be.

I most definitely see something like a penis there lol but the doctor was saying that at this stage it could just be the lower spine?

What do you guys think? And can anyone shed light on why potty shots aren't generally used at this stage, even if it seems so obvious that it's a boy?

At this gestation, that could be a girl or boy. It is way too early and "it" is so pointed, it could be a girl nub that hasn't transitioned.
