Happy confused with meds/sups to take!?

Hello again, this time I am wondering myself what to do.
The bad thing is, I run out if time because I expect to O in about 10 days.
I am not sure what to do/ take.
    Baby aspirin, and antihistamine?
    Cranberry (high dose), and antihistamine?
    Nothing?
    Aspirin complex?
There is no Sudafed in Germany so I can't take it..
Aspartame by drinking coke zero/sprite zero in addition is good anyways right?

So mainly I am doing the diet and try to time intercourse, try not to stress and take either combination of sups as written above- can that be enough?
I feel like I am missing so much!

Any help soooo much appreciated! Thank you ladies

I'm swaying and decided not to do any supps. I did take vitex but I O late as it is and didn't want to mess that up even more. I think diet, cardio, and timing are the big things right now. You could do the supps and drop one each month if you aren't getting pg.

    Hello and thank you nuthinbutpink!
I started swaying back in April, and I was on and off the diet during that period of time but mostly on.
I am just trying to decide weather to take supplements or not. I used to take cranberry and antihistamines but I didn't really feel comfortable taking it, especially the antihistamines.. so I was wondering if taking low dose aspirin might be the better choice..?

In our results, cranberry, aspirin, and antihistamine were all disappointing in terms of results. Additionally, aspirin and cranberry (large enough amounts to sway, anyway) had so many side effects that they have just not been worth it for us.

Antihistamine has really cut odds of conception for people and again, not getting good results. Since you guys have been trying to conceive SOOO long (in your other thread it said since March??) I would not have you add in any of those things.

I know it is surprising, but we are getting the best results by sticking to what works and dropping the stuff that doesn't. Diet longer than 12 weeks (with fiber, coffee, and alcohol if you are comfy with those things) exercise, one attempt in fertile window. Those things work! All the other stuff does is lower odds of conception and possibly make you sick.

Yes, skip all the supplements and do what Atomic said-- diet for 12+ weeks with fiber/caffeine/alcohol and 1 attempt in fertile window (either by BD every 4 days or once at +opk). Good luck!
