Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

The LE diet was a big change for me. I have always tried to eat a nutrient dense diet of fruit, vegies, nuts, grains, meats and good fats. I was also a huge all day snacker.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

I went vegetarian for 6 months and strict LE diet for 16 weeks before our attempt.

Did DH change his diet with you?

Yes

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He went vegetarian and drank 3 glasses of soy a day.

DId you consume alcohol?

• Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

At first I was quite strict with the diet only getting 10000-11000 cals but the weight flew off me and I didn't have much to spare. I increased my cals to 1500-1700 then reduced them again a few weeks before our attempt.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I wrote out a 2 week meal plan so I knew how much cals, fat and protein I was getting and stuck to it.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

51kgs BMI of 18.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I power walked on a treadmill for 6 weeks 5-7 times a week for 60mins.
Rather than finding the time to go to gym I hired a treadmill so I could do it when the boys went to bed.

I got a positive okp a whole 5 days earlier than expected. My cycles are usually very predictable so was a little shocked.

J&D after 4mins. Because I Oed earlier than expected DH didn't do the whole 7-10 days release and instead it ended up being 5 days.

Wore rose quartz necklace and carried rose quartz in my pockets. Lavender oils in a burner. Lavender soaps.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

That I stuck to the diet and exercise. I was 10kg lighter than when I conceived DS1 and 7kg lighter than I conceived DS2. Suppliments changed my cycle.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

That I've had 3 boys. That DH and myself are very fertile. We managed to get pregnant first attempt even with such a strict sway. Oh and I'm a big stress head.

Things worth mentioning:

DH was hospitalized 5 days before attempt with a mystery virus where he had extremely high temps. Hopefully the high temps killed off those extra swimmers.
I can't imagine myself with a daughter but also can't imagine having 3 sons. I really hope it's a girl but trying to convince myself it's another boy. It's so hard not to dream of a baby girl.
