I plan to purchase a custom plan but before i do i wanted to know if im wasting my time and or money. Im trying to do the diet now, smaller portions and no snacking at all. I've been experiencing headaches, stomach hunger, some dizziness and lightheadedness. I know you're suppose to do 2 or 3 small meals a day, but what if i do 4 small meals? How far apart do the meals need to be? I already have about 12 hrs from my last meal and my late noon breakfast. I have 4 sons already so im obviously set for boys. I normally eat large portions and snacks to avoid feeling hungry and headaches and dizzy etc…

If you're feeling sick and dizzy between meals, you're probably not eating enough. When I very first started the diet, I didn't feel well between meals but that's because I was only eating like 1100 calories a day which is way too low. You basically just want to get hungry between meals, maybe about four hours at least between say, lunch and dinner. I think you want anywhere from 12-16 hours between your last meal of the day and your first meal of the next day.

Custom plan helped me a lot with these kind of questions.
I could ask anything.
You also got a girl so you've proven you van make those too!
I didn't eat small portions. But they stayed within limits 1400-1600 call 40gr fat 60 gr proteïne.
I did PCOS style.
I kept long hours between diner and lunch and then in short time 3 pretty portions. A big lunch a light in between and reasenable diner.
Count the Numbers if there is room to eat more. Do it. Make Your lunch bigger ie diner.Mom to

I often use 4 meals for people in this situation, it's fine! It's still much different from what you were eating when you got your boys.
There is no magic set amount to the gap between meals. Do what works for YOU. You cannot stick to a diet that is making you miserable.
Do be sure you're sticking in limits like KS mentions - a lot of the times when people are having trouble with diet, it's because they are starving themselves and not doing LE. LE is meant to be EASY to stick with and if you're white-knuckling it the whole time, somethings not right. We have to get to the bottom of what that is and fix it so you can stick to the diet.!!! I don't want anyone to go into swaying with any false hope, that's not my angle here. We get about 65-75% success for pink with swaying and I think that's a reasonable expectation.

It is entirely possible you're just going through an adjustment phase and will have no trouble doing the LE. Just ease into it more gradually until you find it tolerable. Even hypoglycemics can adjust to less frequent eating, though they need to do so more slowly. The body DOES adjust. Best of luck to you!

When I conceived my girls I'd often wait too long between meals and get dizzy and headaches. Not sure if that is recommended for pink swaying, and I'm sure it's not healthy, but it got me four girls. Just sounded familiar so thought I'd comment
