I know lots of you gals are looking for workout videos for free and I just found these which seem pretty good, from PopSugar. https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...psugar+fitness
They seem to have all levels of fitness, with some beginners and then some for more advanced workouts. If anyone tries any that are great for beginners or are Oh H-ll No level of difficulty please chime in in this thread so we can know which ones to pick for our level of fitness.
They range in length with some just 5-10 minutes for weight training (and I KNOW you guys can find that amount of time!!!) I tried the "Madonna Arms" video and I felt it was something anyone could do, there were no super complicated moves or anything. If you're just starting off, then use lighter weight than they recommend or even do the movements with soup cans, water bottles, or even NO weights - it will still help.
Some of them are def. more advanced than others and I also did "Inner Thigh" workout and I am an experienced exerciser but parts of this one were too high impact for me and would not be for a beginner. I could still do most of it, and a lot of the moves were good, but you'd just need to modify some of the moves to not be quite so bouncy and avoid injury.
