AF Showed. I'm kind of relieved, though because there were a couple of things about my sway that were making me nervous.
Number one that I hadn't even thought about in the months leading up to my sway until I posted on here were energy drinks. I've been a Monster addict for a while so I switched to coffee starting in the TWW due to Atomic's advice. I will keep doing that. Another thing that had me nervous abuot my sway was I was SO nervous and excited about going off birth control that I was downright giddy lol. I felt like I was losing my mind! So although that probably doesn't sway one way or another, at least I feel normal now and I'm more at ease with the whole thing lol.
So my sway is pretty much
LE diet, mostly white carb, lots of rice, carby/starch vegetables like peas and corn, mostly vegetarian - chicken once or twice a week (I'll probably cut back on chicken even more this cycle), low fat
Skipping breakfast, eating lunch late (most days I don't even start eating until 1 or 2 PM and I just have the one meal until I get out of work and then I eat again at 11PM or so.)
Coffee 2x cups a day
Crystal light once or twice a day
Fiber supplements - Walmart brand sugar free chewable fiber supplements
Alcohol - drinking a few nights a week up to every night (within reason) around Ovulation
Just came off birth control
Non-scientific sway factors:
I've chosen lavender scented things more often like body wash, candles, hand sanitizer and lotion. Not counting on that for any type of sway results but since I use those items anyway and needed new ones, I figured I would grab lavender scent because why not? It smells nice, if nothing else.
We have a salt lamp but the light no longer works but I keep it in the room because it looks nice anyway.
I bought a girl onesie and hat on clearance a while back and put it between our mattress and box spring. It only cost me $1 so why not?
I'm set to ovulate on Valentine's Day (How romantic!!) and the moon phase is supposed to be waxing which somehow I think is supposed to sway pink apparently according to some people?
Anyway, this cycle was a good opportunity for me to get to know my cycle again, which amazingly has been exactly how it was when I was on the pill. I took OPKs this month and I ovulated just about exactly when I was supposed to and AF came the day she was supposed to as well so I really don't expect to need to take OPKs again as my cycle is super regular right out of the gate!
Good luck everyone!

Sounds good...just do NOT expect your cycle to remain the same. It rarely does while TTC & swaying pink. Best to expect that your cycle may do anything every new month.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

^ I agree with Maiden! Cycles tend to change while swaying pink. I actually ovulated quite early this cycle which pretty much never happens to me.
Your sway looks good. Best of luck to you!'12

Thanks for the tip, ladies! My cycle has always been insanely regular. Even when I first started my period at 9 it was 28 day cycles from the beginning, by the book. I won't count on it staying the same, I wanted to dtd every 4 days just in case but it almost seems like too much for my hubby- we usually do it once a week or once every 2 weeks. This cycle we dtd and then 4 days later it was a bit of a struggle for him so I'm not entirely sure if we'll be able to keep it going. Maybe if he's not "taking care of himself" he'll be okay lol!

Everything looking good, but PLEASE continue to do OPK (unless you want to do e4d instead) because there is no rhyme or reason to cycles and it is totally possible that your cycle will be completely different next month.

He's willing to try e4d. When we first started talking about ttc and swaying he was really like "just do what you're going to do and don't tell me about it." Lol so at this point I think it will be better to communicate because i think the difficulty might just be he's not expecting to dtd after just having done it a few days earlier and it's throwing him off. We will try e4d and if he can't keep up with it well try e5d instead. It's just strange to take something so natural as conception and throw into it these techniques and systematic plans.
