    What number would you say this is I'm confused my meter reads 4.5 I don't know which to go by?

    I would say it's the closest to 5. The meter being digital may be more useful.

    That's what I thought it was I got it down lower today using acijel the meter can be tricky it sometimes falls off of the calibration making me second guess if the number is a true reading
