I know this is going to sound completely daft but I'm really panicking incase I have fallen this month! I haven't started swaying yet and now I'm panicking! I have been unintentionally on a LE diet due to not feeling like eating after my daughter was stillborn; I have been having either Malibu and Coke or wine in the evening, and I did use a tiny amount of Aci jel... Although probably not enough! my ph was 4 - 5.5. BUT I also had the 'big O', haven't started temping yet, haven't started Vitex yet and was taking prenatal vitamins! I've now stopped prenatal vitamins and am just taking folic acid after finding this site but I'm really worried that I've blown my chance of a girl! I would love either but this is 100% our last baby. My fertility friend chart is below.

It's possible but you also could have Oed much later, so you never know. If you did conceive I think your chances of pink are excellent.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I had the Big O when I got my daughter. Vitex has been somewhat disappointing in results and more and more people are skipping it all together. You always have a chance of a girl even when doing a full on blue sway!!
Good luck and pink dust!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I agree that if you did get pregnant your chances of a girl are probably very good, maybe just as good or better than if you had done a full 12 weeks on the diet. You said you've been eating LE-style anyway and your body has been through a lot with a almost-fullterm pregnancy very recently.
If you aren't already pregnant I hope you can give yourself some time to recover before you do conceive again. I know you're on a time limit and I don't want to come across as telling you what to do but it sounds like you've just had a very painful loss that would be a lot for anyone to deal with so I do hope you have space to grieve and process. Maybe your husband would be willing to compromise on the deadline if you asked him, for example 12 months from when you start ttc but you start a bit later? Anyway I hope I don't come across as nosey because obviously you know best if you're ready to ttc again, and I really do hope you will get another little girl one day soon.Surprise2012. Thanks Erin514. I have spoken to Paul about that and he said absolutely latest he wants to go to is April
we have the consultant tomorrow to discuss the post mortem and she also wants to make a plan for future pregnancies... This makes me feel a lot better knowing there will be a plan in place. I do feel more reassured knowing that although I'll probably be a nervous wreck when we do conceive! In myself I feel ready but I guess I'm a little worried about other people's reactions! I don't think I will ever be fully ok because it has changed me and I miss Sophie so much; but at the same time I do feel like I want to try once more xxx

It's too bad he feels so strongly about a time limit, but at least a year still gives you a lot of chances to get pregnant. I'm sure it will happen for you and hopefully you hear pink. Good luck for your consultation, I hope that your dr. can give you some reassurance.
