How is everyone taking their fiber? I've been taking it around 30 minutes before dinner but I forget a lot of the time. Would it matter if I took it earlier in the day, with lunch maybe?

Fiber
Dont' know. I also always forget the fiber beforehand and then take it as topping on my meal (not nice) or as a pill after. My son thinks it is roasted spider-eggs. Yummi. Now Atomic have recommended me to quit fiber until my weight stabilizes cause I am down to 47 kilo/103 lb so need to gain weight.

Thank you everyone in this site and in particular Atomic for amazing support during my sway. I am for ever grateful.

With you on the forgetting bit. Mine says 30 - to 60 mins before a meal
and when its lunch time and you haven't eaten since the night before.. the last thing i can do is wait a further 30 minutes.. i always seem to remember whilst im eating.. so i take it then. Are there any fiber tabs we can take with a meal rather than 30 mins before a meal?!
Happy with my crew and no more are due xx

I use psyllium husk powder. I think it can be taken right before your meal.

I have been taken the psyllium husk capsules and was told I could take them 1st thing or last thing with a large glass of water or jucie.
If I take them last thing, I find I can go to the loo 1st thing in the morning!

If you forget, just take it anyway. It will still help.
You can take it with any meal containing fat or fat soluble nutrients A, D, E, K (like leafy greens or orange veg or skim dairy)
If you're low in weight and/or have stopped ovulating drop it becuase you need some fat at that point.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I mix ground psyllium husks into cold water and drink just before meals. Sometimes I forget and have it right after. Sometimes I have it partway through, intentionally. I use it 2x a day now, bc I need it anyway for constipation! (From a medication. )
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
