Ive been on antibiotics (2lots) since sept 7th and im due to finish them on the 20th so a 2 week course. My af is due in the next day or 2 so i was wondering if they will still sway blue when i ovulate in 2 weeks time? if so is there anything ican do to help sway it back pink?

It takes 6 weeks to get antibiotics out of your system. They are supposed to raise your pH.
I think if you are doing all other things 100% girl friendly+ there are ways to lower your pH, you have excellent chances!

I was good on the diet up til the begining of september, I was feeling quite low with the whole ttc and the PID i got from having the d&c. I do want another baby so bad but 6 weeks for the antibiotics to get out of my system is a long time to wait.
Thank you so much for the reply

I am inclined to agree with Zivic - Yes, they do raise your pH and may make more CM as well BUT if you use some RepHresh, you can overcome that. Plus, you have the idea that the cycle or two after a loss sway pink. (((hugs)))

Thank you, I checked my ph of my cm yesterday and it was around a 6 not ideal but not too bad i thought so im hoping it doesnt raise anymore. Im due af tomorrow and ive never tested my ph that late in my cycle so i dont know if that has a impacton the ph. Ive just lookedonline and im going to order myself some RepHresh gel and hope for the best.

The m/c was back in May and the d&c in June so im beyond the couple of cycles sway pink. Its all down to my Dr constantly telling me there was nothing wrong with me when i knew somthing wasnt right that the PID was left for 3 months. One lesson i have learnt is I know my own body and I should listen to it more and the other is Im very desprate to have another baby

I'm SO sorry. I have had many similar experiences with doctors and it totally SUCKS. I'm glad you're on the mend though.

pH just before AF can def. be strange (higher or lower than normal) and I wouldn't read much into it.

I would totally feel good about trying this month with the RepHresh. that this is your month!!

Thank you, Im back on the diet and trying to be as strict as possible. Going to do the rephresh every 3rd day but going to use just half a bottle a time if possible as dh is 39 and im a little worried that the diet rephresh and a one off with a cut off will be too much. I say that now but as the time gets closer i will be secong guessing myself lol
