Purchased the Girl Bundle, but cannot access?

I purchased the Girl Bundle ($139) and can't find where to access any of the questionnaires, etc. How do I get started??

I bought the general sway package and not impressed it wouldn't let me download. And not I'm waiting to hear from someone to be able to redownload. I wish it was a book instead

I'm unable to access the links, though I have purchased the full $139 package. I even have my PayPal receipt. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
