I am having a really short cycle this month (o'ed on day12), and I would like to get it a little longer next month. Any ideas?

No, I was taking EPO and Fertile CM together this month and had a super early O! I am afraid to do that again, so I will have to decide which to do next cycle. Which is better in general, do you think? I had good results with both. I tried them each individually, and I had about the same results each time (increased CM).

I'm afraid I have experience only with EPO, never used Fertile CM.
Vit B6 also have reputation of delaying O ( although it's meant to make LP longer). There are quite a few excellent threads about it here
Don't think it's girl supp, it's not! Atomic pointed that few times. You take it all the time and it's important when you get BFP to get off of slowly. Recommended dosage is 100 mg which you already know of coursem/c 2001

Thanks for the tips! I will try the B-6 but I have been taking the Fertile CM and it has L Arg already in it. Should I take just the L-Arg and not the fertile CM? Can I take it NOW or should I wait?

id wait till next cyclem you already O'd right? no use in my opinion (at least for the l-arg). you want that in follicular phase. pls be VERY careful with l-arg it could REALLY delay your cycle/O. well if fertile cm didnt do anything to make your cycle longer then maybe the l-arg. but honestly l-arg works diffly for everyone....

Well, I had a REALLY early O this cycle, and I would like it to be a week longer next cycle, if I had my choice! How much did it delay your O?

Okay, I have been reading about the B6, and I am wondering if it will even help me now if my attempt is in a few weeks, or if I would have needed to have been taking it for months? I am really wanting to O later next cycle, and my early O this month has thrown everything off!

I would do the B6 in a heartbeat. Even if you haven't been taking it for months, it won't hurt and may help.
I am scared of the l-arg (which is also in the Fertile CM for those hwo didn't know that) because it seems like it's messing people up. To my mind, EPO + fish oil is better.
But that having been said, I do think it's totally possible that your cycles are simply getting shorter because the boy diet is giving your body more raw materials to work with (and that's a good thing).!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
