Salt intake is not a sway factor?
I haven’t been worrying about my salt intake lately and just wanted to be sure this was ok!
Thank you in advance!![]()

No you don't need to worry about tracking sodium. Just salt food to taste. Atomic discusses this here

Thank you so much, I figured as much so but really wanted to be sure since I’m getting very close to my first attempt! Thank you!

It's normal to get nervous closer to your attempt and have those panicky "woulda, coulda, shoulda" moments. Good luck!

Yes! That’s exactly what I’m feeling now! I’m a little over one week away from our first attempt and am definitely having a lot of “woulda coulda shoulda” moments!
Thank you for your reply!

Most of the foods/condiments that I use to up my fat content at times are also pretty high in sodium so I’ve definitely have been having tons of it! Glad to know it’s no biggie!

So happy to know atomic, my salt levels have been pretty high as of recently! Aldi was wondering, would having red meat occasionally ruin my sway, I’ve had it quite a bit this month and have been worried as this is the month we are having our first attempt!

No food can ruin your sway. It's the overall nutrient totals that matter and not the occasional meal here and there.
