Hello
I have three wonderful boys, the second was born with multiple allergies and autoimmune disease & has had a host of medical problems since birth. So before conceiving my third, I completely 'cleaned up' my diet - took out sugar, grains & processed foods and upped fats & organic meat & veg, took probiotics etc. I didn't know about swaying then, so just did the cut off (which of course didn't work), but he was and is my healthiest child by far, which I put down to my preconception & pregnancy diet.
So I am desperate for a girl (have been forever tbh - wanted them all to be girls, but of course love them more than life itself now they're here!), but I am so scared that if I do the LE diet I'll end up with an even sicker boy (or girl, but I think they're meant to be stronger/healthier anyway - my son's disease is 80% a boy thing, for example).
I already don't eat a huge amount, but what I do eat, is healthy. I am a big snacker (mostly nuts, fruit, eggs, dark chocolate etc) and need to cut that out. But will that be enough? Or do I really need to make a bigger change? I have never eaten breakfast, tend to eat a huge salad with protein, sauerkraut & lashings of olive oil for lunch & a meat & veg evening meal. I love my coffee, but usually stick to one a day, happy to up that!
I think my gorgeous ds1 should've been a girl - just came off birth control, underweight, drank like a fish. Nowadays I don't think I'd be able to go back to that without seriously damaging the health of baby & me. I have mthfr and was b12 and mag deficient before changing my diet.
Would love to hear your ideas!

The idea that the LE Diet is unhealthy is a misconception. I have a super healthy version of LE Diet here in this thread 5 from the top called the atomic fertility diet and anyone can do it. IT's getting great results for us. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html
There is already a lot to like in your diet as it is and much of it I would simply continue on with. I'd cut back on the snacking but most of the things you eat absolutely can fit in a sway diet.
Also be sure you take the supplements you need to take with your MTHFR - higher folate and B12 intake.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
