    HAVE I JUST BOUGHT THE WRONG THINGS?

    I wrote a list of girl sway foods to buy and saw in UK baby biscuits might be ok as occasional snack with a meal so picked up some Heinz baby biscuits which have very little salt in however I saw a packet of strawberry and banana biscotti ones and got them now worried that the banana puree is going to mess everything up20161107_114218.jpg20161107_114218.jpg20161107_114218.jpg20161107_114218.jpg

    You can eat what you want as long as your totals are within daily limits - i.e. 40-50gram of protein, and 35-60g fat. Nothing is off limits!

    I agree with honeybee, as long as you are within your daily limits anything is fine and as long as you are planning to eat them as part of a meal and not snack inbetween. Besides 4% banana is almost nothing so don't stress
