Fasted until after noon each day which was hard for me as I usually eat breakfast, having a coffee helped

Husband cut back sugar & alcohol consumption drastically a year or so before we TTC and was at a very low weight, approx 59kg to his usual 72-74kg..

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I don't drink alcohol or coffee normally but had 1-2 drinks most nights and 2 cups of coffee while on the diet.
