boy friendly way to speed up O?

I asked the opposite of this already. I am going to try the sleeping in the dark/light thing, but I really want to O earlier next cycle. Ideas?

Soy-Isoflavones can do the trick.
Here it is:" Best results are seen when 100-200 mg (taken ALL at once) are taken on CD 1-5 , 2-6, 3-7 , 4-8 or 5-9. Most people choose to take it on days 3-7. Taking soy on days 1-5 may yield more eggs and an earlier ovulation, however you run the risk that some or even all of these eggs may not be optimally mature. Yes, that's why I wanted it. The moon sign thing is driving me bananas! If the egg is not mature, then will it not fertilize?

Yes, it will not be capable of being fertilized...my concern would be that you end up with an egg that cannot be fertilized this month, in effect trading something that may actually really sway (October) for something that is iffy at best and may even sway in the wrong direction (soy) and something that probably doesn't even sway (moon signs).

I know it's not my call to make but since I feel that regular, predictable cycles seem to be more blue-friendly (please no one panic if you're not having a regular cycle, that's far from proven!!), regardless of any other factor, I sure do hate to see people trying to mess with their cycle for something like moon signs. Just feels like a step in the wrong direction for me.

Hiya im ttc a girl but tried also to speed up my o by a few days and i did this time,i think anyways you never know if i ovulated early naturally but ive never before,,so i just slept in complete dark during and a few days after AF then i put our babys nightlight its one of those ones that look like natural candle light so i could breast feed and used it up until o and i was a few days early ,quite a surprise,i know moon signs isnt that important but it made me feel so much better about it!

It's fine, I am not taking the soy. I got some dates from my astrologer to try that are in my normal O week. Hopefully I will O one of those days!
