    TTC GIRL LE Diet solutions (very low iron levels)

    Hi All
    I'm currently planning my sway plan and have done a lot of research about LE Diet for TTC Girl
    I have very low iron levels and a bit anemic. I see a lot of suggestions of cutting out or having VERY little meat...im not sure how i will survive without that I'll probably start fainting - my irons are so low! I'm also worried that if i take iron supplements this will sway blue...what are the tricks of the trade???

    You need to take iron supplements. Take them daily for 4-6 weeks and then cut back to 3x a week.

    You should get the kind that are like 30-60 mg and include heme iron and NOT the ones that are in hundreds of milligrams. Those ones are not well absorbed by the body and you end up making yourself very sick to your stomach on them.

    Do not worry if they sway blue, if you need them. There are tons of other nutrients in meat and so you are getting just what you need from the supps without all the other stuff.
