All things being equal, is it more important to have one attempt during the fertile window or to keep ph low with things like diet? Basically asking if you only have one attempt, but aren't doing the LE diet, do you still have a good shot of conceiving a girl? My husband travels for work, so bd e4d is easy for me. What's hard is the LE diet...I basically eat a girl friendly diet (mostly vegetarian, red wine, coffee w/skim milk, skim dairy, diet cokes, etc.), but I am still concerned that since I'm not doing hard core LE I'm downing my chances. Any thoughts?

What's most important for girl sway - one attempt or other factors?

LE has pretty great success rate and the science behind it is strong so I personally think it is very important. But it isn't about ph at all. That has nothing to do with the LE diet. LE is about changing your blood sugar levels and adjusting conditions in the woman's body. One attempt is very important too though so it is great you are sticking to that.

Thanks for answering! I can't do the full exercise plan because of my already low BMI and weight (I am doing weights class 3 times per week, though). So if I stick to mostly vegetarian (just some chicken breast and turkey), coffee, skim dairy, etc., is that "good" enough?

I think weight training sways boy, if it were me I would drop that.
Being that you already have 2 girls I think you have a pretty good shot at a successful sway doing less than us all boy moms.1815

We don't know. We don't have that kind of data. All we can do is look at what has worked for most people, most of the time.
Can you please explain what you mean by "hard core LE" because usually when people say stuff like this, they are completely misunderstanding what LE Diet even is really.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I can testify that based on the number of people I've seen who had a great blue sway but only had one attempt and got girls, that yes, even without doing diet to the max, you can get a girl.
Now do I think that makes your best odds, no, but I have seen it often enough among the blue sway opposites that I have no other conclusion to draw than yeah, for some reason we can only guess at, one attempt seems to sway pink.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I agree- weight training sways boy. Cardio is what you want for girl, but has to be an hour at a time I believe, no less. I didn't do exercise at all with my sway, I went for the couch potatoe but did stick to the LE very good.
For your diet, it is not so much what you are eating, but staying to the limits and the frequency. Are you sticking to just 3 meals a day or are you snacking in between? Are you doing low fat, low calorie? Vegetarian is good so you lower your protein, but the cutting out snacks so your blood sugar has a chance to go low between meals is important. Also are you having one stretch of a good fasting period each day? (why many woman skip breakfast).Pregnant with baby GIRL #2, due August 2019

Sorry, should have been more clear on what I meant... By hard core, I mean not following it to a T. I have to eat breakfast every morning, otherwise I can't function with my girls and with work. It's typically something light like eggs and toast with peanut butter, but I have to eat otherwise I feel faint. I do eat snacks also, I have to, but I've tried to limit them to something small. My job is very stressful and I have to be on top of my game, and if I don't eat, I honestly just get so hungry and have a hard time thinking about anything else. I'm super lucky to be thin and actually be able to eat, but on the flip side, I can't skip breakfast and snacks because I'm afraid of getting underweight on BMI (I'm literally hovering on underweight/normal by one pound!). So this isn't something on my side that I feel that I can negotiate. However, that said, I've switched my snacks from protein shakes to skim vanilla greek yogurts and things that have less protein and vitamins/minerals/fortified.
So basically I was asking if having one attempt plus my adjusted diet above would be enough to help sway pink? Thoughts?

Good luck with your sway Maximbella. I agree that since you already have two girls you may already have some girl friendly traits so definitely have a chance for another.
I'm not a girl swayer so can't comment too much of the LE diet but did notice the snacks and breakfast you have gone to do sound quite boy friendly. Things like eggs and yoghurt are being recommended on the boy threads. Maybe there may be better pink options?DD1 (2014)

I believe that one attempt is a huge factor. Last year I didn't sway, but we did one attempt with abstain since beginning of my cycle) and I got pregnant with a girl. But seeing you have a quite pink friendly lifestyle and already have 2 girls, I think you have a big chance of getting another girl. Good luck!
