Post Saw palmetto & peppermint tea when breastfeeding with PCOS (pink sway)

    Hello,

    I'm planning my swaying plan

I'm breastfeeding my 20 mo, as much as he wants ( in the morning, afternoon, before bed and during nights). I read here to avoid saw palmetto when BF, but Is it Still bad if the baby is 20 mo and eats other things at meals ? would it be possible to take it every 2 days, or at least a little bit ?

I was diagnosed with PCOS before baby1 (didnt check after baby 2, but Gyn told me it is forever ...), and have mastosis on the right ( so probably an estrogen dominance ), saw palmetto worked really well for me since it removed all my mastosis and breast pains. So I was happy with it, and was thinking to keep it in my future sway. But don't want to hurt my baby.

Also should i avoid peppermint tea ? Even with only 1 cup a day ?

Thank you for your attention and help !

I do not want anyone nursing to use SP (at all) or anything more than 2-3 cups of peppermint tea per week. it just isn't worth any level of risk.
