I have read that calcium and magnesium sways more boy because of the nutrients amoung other things. Also that coffee is a big pink swayer and drinking 3 cups or more a day is ideal for a baby girl as well as diet soda. I just wanted to know if you drank coffee what are you able to add to it if you shouldnt be drinking milk it has to be black? Because i read skim milk is also the same.

It doesn't have to be black. A small amount of dairy, even a couple servings a day's worth, don't sway blue. It's only the high dairy diets where people are drinking a 2 quarts of milk a day and a large carton of yogurt that the nutrients start to sway blue.
Most all of us had milk in coffee.1-2 servings of dairy a day is fine.
