Hello! I am new here and starting my girl sway. I'm having issues with the supplements making me feel nauseous and vomiting less than 10 minutes after taking them. I am taking them when I eat lunch. I am taking:
Calcium citrate magnesium zinc combo pill 500mg, magnesium 500mg, folic acid 800mg, and cranberry 25000mg
Which one would make me Sick? I do take them all at the same time if that could also be an Issue?
Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

After looking around I'm thinking too much magnesium maybe? I read 300mg should be the max amount... I'm taking 500mg plus there is 80mg in the cal-mag supp...

My guess is the cranberry actually (while mag is upsetting to the tummy, it's usually the other end if you know what I'm saying)
I don't like you ladies to use cran anyway. I would have you come off that, you can give it to DH as long s he's not on any blood thinning medicines.
I do strongly suggest you take less than 500 mg mag. It really is a strong laxative (that's why they put it in milk of magnesia!!)
Folic is the least likely, but you may want to play around with taking them all at diff times of day. It may be just too much all at once.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Magnesium citrate is a laxative! Get the magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate, most absorbable form. The other forms aren't absorbed at all, that is what makes them laxatives!
