    Sodium

    Is anyone else having trouble cutting the sodium? I'm in Australia & it seems to be in everything!!!
    Any others aussies out there with any food suggestions with low (preferably no) sodium?

    Most of us totally gave up on the sodium thing and it does make it way easier to stick to the diet. Our results only went UP after we did. If you really want to limit it, that's fine, but don't feel like you have to go quite as far as the mineral diets call for (the 700-1000) Pretty tough to stay in those levels
