Hello,

In order to schedule the consult and order testing, we would have to input you into our system. All our scheduling and charting are through a cloud based system on the computer. Registering as a patient does not mean you have to become a patient, we just need some basic info/paperwork in order to have the consult. Lori would be able to send you pretesting orders that you would have completed with a clinic near you. We need an Ovarian reserve panel which typically includes: FSH, E2, AFC, AMH, LH, TSH which is typically done on Day 2/3. You would also need a uterine cavity evaluation. It is much easier if Lori sends you all the orders so that you are sure to get all the testing we need and also she can direct you to certain doctors or clinics that are convenient for you.
