I don't know this as a fact, but i think that FET is the best option, specially if you had a cycle where you were hyper stimulated

As I was told from many doctors while my cycles, chances of pregnancy are very similar with fresh or frozen embryos these days.
Of course, this embryos have to be frozen by vitrification. However, I think that's the standard method nowadays. My kids(2012)

HRC (and some other US clinics) can do Day 5 biopsy with an overnight turnaround time and fresh transfer on Day 6. Day 6 transfer is just as successful as a day 5 transfer as long as you are working with a good clinic.
(2010)
(2013 LE sway opposite) HT
(HRC 2018)
Cycle 1 HRC Nov 2015: 9 retrieved, 6 mature, 5 fertilized, 4 biopsied, 2 normal XY = NT
Cycle 2 HRC Mar 2016: 13 retrieved, 12 mature, 11 fertilized, 9 biopsied, 6 normal = 5 XX, 1 XY!
FET #1 Aug 2016: Chemical
FET #2 Nov 2016 Immune protocol: BFP! HB at 7 and 10 weeks. No HB at 12 weeksMiscarriage.
FET #3 Aug 2017 Immune protocol: BFP!

If you go to HRC, you can do a day 5 biopsy, day 6 transfer and not have to pay for a FET.

I've read a study that compares day 6 transfer and FET, results are more or less the same.
Here's the study
http://www.fertstert.org/article/S00...566-1/abstract
It's just one study but it's worth reading I guess
If you been hyper stimulated any good clinic will advise on a FET.

This ALL depends on the skill of the clinic, lab and embryology team. EVERYTHING matters and if they are not great at what they do, embryos may be impacted at any point in culture. If you produce too many eggs, you will be required to freeze. Other than that, it simply depends on the location of the testing and the lab skill.
