    Here are a few good smoothie recipes you can have as snacks or brekky

    Banana & Honey Smoothie
    200ml almond milk
    4 ice ****s
    1 tsp honey
    ½ banana
    handful frozen raspberries
    Protein powder (optional)
    Method Serves: 2 Blend
    Whiz in blender until smooth.

    Chocolate & Raspberry Smoothie
    250ml almond milk
    4 Tbsp yoghurt
    4 Tbsp frozen raspberries
    2 Tbsp chocolate protein powder
    Method Serves: 2 Blend
    Whiz in blender until smooth.

    Citrus Smoothie
    1 orange
    1 lemon
    ½ banana
    2 Tbsp protein powder
    5 ice ****s
    100ml water
    100ml fresh orange juice
    Method Serves: 2 Blend
    Whiz in blender until smooth.

    Summer Smoothie
    1 passionfruit
    ¼ cup watermelon
    ½ apple
    2 Tbsp protein powder
    5 ice ****s
    200ml almond milk
    Method Serves: 2 Blend
    Whiz in blender until smooth.

    Kiwi & Mango Smoothie
    2 kiwi fruit
    ½ mango
    2 Tbsp protein powder
    1 Tbsp oat bran
    5 ice ****s
    200ml almond milk
    Method Blend
    Whiz in blender until smooth.

    Berry Smoothie
    2 Tbsp protein powder
    5-6 ice ****s
    handful frozen raspberries
    handful frozen blueberries
    1 Tbsp oat bran
    200ml almond milk
    Method Blend
    Whiz in blender until smooth.

    Banana & Strawberry Smoothie
    ½ - 1 banana (depends on thickness/flavour)
    4 strawberries, chopped up
    1 cup Greek yoghurt
    Dash cinnamon
    Vanilla essence
    ice
    Method Serves: 1 Blend
    Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Blend until thick & creamy.

    Strawberries & Cream Smoothie
    250g strawberries, washed
    200g natural yoghurt
    1 tsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
    pinch cinnamon
    ½ cup ice
    Method Serves: 1 Blend
    Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Blend until thick & creamy.

    Breakfast Smoothie
    1 cup ice (fill space with water)
    ¼ cup mixed berries/fruit
    1 tsp flaxseed meal
    1 Tbsp natural yoghurt
    2 scoops protein powder
    1 tsp chia seeds
    2 Tbsp rolled oats
    2 almonds
    2 brazil nuts
    2 walnuts
    1 Tbsp mixed sunflower & pepitas
    Method Serves: 1
    Blend ice first so it's all crushed, then add all ingredients & blend until smooth.

    Choc Bounty Protein Shake
    1-1½ scoops choc protein powder
    1 cup cold water
    1 Tbsp shredded coconut
    1 Tbsp cocoa
    Bunch ice ****s
    Method Serves: 1 Blend
    Blend all ingredients until smooth.

    I did see some protein whey powders in Costco, but am not sure if its the same brand that you posted here. Where did u get this one? Can someone give me the complete brand name here so that I can cross check? Is it just proto whey?
