Hello all,
I'm a momma to 2 amazing boys. One is a gender sway opposite. I used ingender and I believe had a near perfect sway according to ingender. I am pretty sceptical of all the swaying tactics I used previously. I have read some if Atomic's comments and believe I was so obsessed with my sway I may have raised my testosterone levels by accident; and may have been on too many supplements. Opinions?
Below is my sway which resulted an an opposite (for the record I wouldn't change him for the world!):
This is not the sway im doing but the that resulted in opposite
My sway💕girl
Age: me 34 hubby: 34
Baby gender : Boy
Current child: boy, 14 months
Exercise: Walk at least a mile daily
Weight loss: I'm pretty tall and smaller to begin with but I lost about 8lbs since May from diet & no breakfast
BD position: missionary all attempts
BD attempts & timing: 2/3 day cut off & 0+12 but hubby didn't finish at 0+12 (too much pressure). Jump & dump 2 day cut off, no jump & dump on 3 day cut off.
Ions: painted nails and toes frequently, natural lavender soap for me & DH. Natural lavender fabric softener for laundry, lavender bed and pillow spray, slept with AC and fans on. Showers before attempt for me, Hubby warm baths. Ion hairdryer & brush.
PH: Day of O was 4.5 did not insert anything in v.
Diet:
Only ate items from below list (combo of acidic food list and in gender diet)
Ice cream, Greek yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, strawberry/ raspberry fresh, parm cheese, cottage cheese, low sodium cheese (mostly Swiss), low sodium bread, low sod tortillas, pasta, rice, leeks, green beans, cucumbers, corn, cooked carrots, asparagus, low sod beans, white fish & pork (but not week of o), ground turkey and chicken during week of o but no more than one serving a day ever during diet. Low sod mayo, rice cakes, low sod crackers, dried coconut, corn/ rice cereal, prunes, dried cranberries, natural peanut butter no sodium, strawberry / rasberry jam, cranberry juice, diet soda, water. Pepper &Mrs. Dash seasoning. No alcohol with a few cheats glasses of wine but not during o week. That's it no other food items!
Other: temp charted, took ph often hubby did diet too with a few cheats at work.
Supplements/minerals/ hormones:
Me: prenatal, calcium, cranberry, magnesium, acidophilus
Hubby: calcium, cranberry, magnesium, acidophilus, licorice root.
*Breastfeeding and co-sleeping (co-sleeping lowers male testosterone, Breastfeeding lowers estrogen and dries up cervical fluids)
Think that's it if I think if more I'll add it. 🎀🎀💕🎀🎀
Now... Sway attempt number two... Seeking advise.
I want to not be as obsessive or concerned this round as I know now it can really result in either gender. I plan to have my first attempt in approximately 6 weeks. I plan to begin implementing my sway plan immediately. These are my thoughts please add your thoughts. Love for Atomic to weigh in!
Husband:
Age 36
Soy milk with his cereal for breakfast daily
Licorice root
Olive leaf extract
Reduce meat intake
Frequent release
Husband currently doesn't work out but is interested in walking nightly with me and using his rowing machine ( Yay or nay? )
Me/wife:
Age 36, BMI =21
Drink a glass of cranberry juice daily 8-10 oz
2-3 glasses of skim milk 8 oz glasses ( I dislike milk if you don't think I need it I'd be happy to remove)
Low calorie foods and pescatarian style meals ( rice, pasta PB&j sandwiches, beans , nuts, veggies and fruit, fish, eggs) aiming for 1800 calories a day
Reduction of salt by not salting my food but not cutting presalted foods from my diet and purchasing low sodium when available. I live on salt normally
Ice cream if calories allow
Dark chocolate
Drink wine daily 10 oz pour red wine
2 cups of coffee
No breakfast
Working out daily 5 days a week 30-50 min of cardio dance workout or walking
Co-sleeping and breastfeeding a 15 month old
Rephresh
I have Lydia Pinkmams but don't think it is advisable to use when nursing so I won't use it.
Folic acid
Naturally by having two toddlers I have only about 5-6 hours of sleep a night.
Aiming for 0+12 for first few attempts may change later. Cut off resulted in last boy
Going to tale a claritan or sudaphed 2 hours before ( if im doing cut-off)
Final thoughts/additional information:
-One of my friends swears red meat lots if it got her, her little girl???
-I'm thinking removing meat because I normally have meat 2 times a day. Im also a natural grazer total boy friendly. ????
- I did have an eating disorder at 19 totally fine now but I've seen it mentioned on boards
- hub's and I are very fertile together have ended up pregnant on first attempt with both pregnancies
- I always gave horrible morning sickness (not sure if something with my hormone levels?)
-should I add supplements?
- do I need to amp up calcium? Or is that more Ingender style?
- should I add soy products fif myself too?
Love insight or thoughts, suggestions, changes. Thank you! And baby dust!

2nd attempt after an opposite

Hi and welcome Muddy, you probably know that I also had an IG opposite that I wouldn't trade for the world now - but I did go on to get my baby girl and I did not touch a single calcium tablet LOL.
The thing with the IG-style of swaying is that it is SOOO all encompassing that it really does mess with your head and "raise testosterone" - although we aren't even sure it's testosterone - but whatever that "control freaky" mindset is that swaying does to us, it does that.So we are finding that it's best to treat swaying as a lifestyle and then put it on autopilot and try to not think about it very much!
Now onto your sway:
Licorice root has gotten weirdly bad results for us the last couple years. I am not quite ready to give up on it totally but since you got an opposite with it before, I'd personally skip it.
Jogging and biking are proven to sway for DH. Walking and rowing may help, it's just that I don't have the data to say so. The walking cannot hurt, the rowing may build upper body strength and raise testosterone and then sperm count but honestly we don't know any of that for a fact if it even works for him (vs. for you.)
I would ditch both the cranberry and the skim milk as they don't help sways. Cranberry juice is not concentrated enough to do anything at all for swaying (and even the cran supps have not worked for us, so very doubtful the juice does anything) and then the skim milk is chock full of nutrients and if you hate it anyway, please feel free to drop. When I was on IG I felt like the ladies drinking the most milk had the most boys anyway. if you believe in calcium for swaying, take it in supp form only, you'll get the minerals without the additional nutrients.
Most of us totally gave up the sodium restriction and our results only went up when we did. Totally up to you, altho it does make it much easier to stick to diet without worrying about it.
Try to stick to 60 min. on the exercise. 30 min. may sway blue because it is not taxing enough to cause your body to burn off those stores of fat as fuel (something about this seems to sway pink)
Lydia Pinkham doesn't work anyway. Isn't safe for you or your nursing baby and some of the stuff in it may even sway blue.
I don't recommend O+12 http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...9-no-12-a.html but if you want to use it please go in expecting BFN at first. Don't decide, after getting a few BFN that are almost certainly caused by the O+12 that you can't conceive with swaying and then give up everything because that ruins more sways than O+12 could ever save (if, in fact, it worked, which it doesn't)
People can get girls on lots of different types of diets. I cannot ever recommend red meat for a pink sway based on any known theory of swaying LOL
We find that people with eating disorders do seem to have more sons (possibly the personality stuff) but many have still gotten daughters. not a dealbreaker!
Calcium is at your discretion. quite a few of us have gotten boys while taking it and of course for us, it's easy to give that up (I did, and got a girl with both my husband and I getting the lowest calcium intake we've ever had.) But I understand it's a hard thing for people to walk away from if they haven't tried it. So as long as you're not doing the gallon of milk a day approach (since that will also give you lots of cals, protein, and other nutrients) and doing just calcium, maybe magnesium, no vit. D
no soy for you (other than dietary amounts 2-3 times a week and only if you don't have thyroid problems) We don't totally know how it sways and there is evidence pointing both directions. I suspect it sways pink, but at the same time may mess with people's thyroid as well and possibly linked to birth defects in boy babies if their moms ate a lot during pregnancy. also other sites think it sways blue - just not worth the risk.!!! Thanks Atomic! Your feedback is super helpful! Im going to purchase a plan and take more of the stress out ok it for me. I did find tge LE diet info and made a short list for the grocery store until my plan comes. Do you think only 6 weeks in the diet is ok for me before my first attempt?

At the top of every page there is a bar under the Gender Dreaming logo and it says things like "home, blogs, my posts" etc. All those are clickable and one of the options is "membership and plans" Click that and it's all self explanatory from there.
