Please help - Gender?

Hi.

I'm new to this forum. My wife had 19W ultrasound two days back and we opted not to know the gender. Yet, after two days I realized that I would have to buy stuff accordingly and need to know it. So, I called my US technician and she told that even though she did not tried hard to see the gender, she saw 3 lines at some stage and thinks that it is probably a girl. She also asked us to come back after 4 weeks to have another round of US to confirm. However, I have the following profile pics and was just wondering if someone can help me in this.
