I cannot for the life of me go vegetarian. I'm trying my best to stay at or under the 60g of protein. I do it most days I think. I'm definitely eating less than I normally would.
One of my friends is gluten free and eats tons of meat and just had her 4th girl. She drinks lots of coffee though?

Are you doing the pcos version of LE? I think Atomic recommends that doing this version some meat is advised/at least it's ok. I eat chicken most days and I'm doing pcos le but we're not trying at the moment so I can't tell you if that's going to work. Having said that I think most girls are born to meat eating mothers so it's not make or break I wouldn't say

There's no magic foods as Atomic would say so you can eat meat and still get a girl. Think about it, are all girl moms out there vegetarian? No, of course not!

As long as you are within the limits for protein, fat and cals that's fine I believe. Like others have said, plenty of girl mums eat meat it's the overall totals and declining maternal condition which sways pink. Good luck xx

I am doing weight watchers/ keeping an eye on daily protein and fat totals. Overall I'm doing pretty good. I definitely go over. I have chicken/turkey most days but a very small amount. 3oz of chicken is only 2 WW points (30 points total for the day.) So I'm keeping it to a minimum.

I'm not pregnant yet so can't say if my sway will work but I am probably eating 85% vegetarian when before I would have meat for both my main meals of the day. All my vegetarian friends have boys and all the girl mum's I know eat meat so I wouldn't say it is a deal breaker. As I always see it, it's the CHANGE that helps sway and I find it easier to keep the protein down by limiting meat so that's why I do it but I wouldn't beat yourself up about having some chicken/turkey each day. Do what you can and forget about the rest. After 8 long months on this journey, I've come to realise there is no perfect sway so just do the bits you can manage and be happy with that. Sounds like you are doing great. Good luck x

Yes that is so true- the change! This is DEFINITELY different from my normal routine and I'm going against what I would normally eat and how I exercise!

Yes I still had meat at least a time or two a week when I couldn't avoid it. Occasionally more. Was actually eating more meat when I got DD, than I did with my failed sway with DS 4 (was also doing a lot of supplements that probably swayed really super blue)
