I don't think they are accurate. They are just for fun, that was incorrect for my nephew though.

Is this ur first baby? If not, you can test for your other kids

You can find a Chinese Gender Chart online claiming to be the "real" one to give you either gender -- so nope, inaccurate.

Right for my last two, wrong for my first. These gender charts are about as accurate as a coin toss. There's just absolutely no way that a chart could be drawn out and accurately predict the sex of every single baby.

No, they do not work and if the Chinese had some ancient wisdom that allowed them to predict their baby's gender by month of conception there would not be orphanages full of unwanted baby girls there.

I have done 100 of these by now I"m sure and they are all either 3 right, 2 wrong, or 2 right, 3 wrong. The babies that are right and wrong also seem to vary by calendar LOL. They're all just made up.
