Hi all.
While I love coffee I don't tolerate it well, and so I am a big tea drinker.
I know tea is not recommended on the LE pink sway diet.
Do you think it's bad to stick to even 1 cup a day?
Also, I don't consume dairy in my diet so I substitute cow's milk with coconut milk.
Does this sway? I think I read somewhere that it sways more blue?

"It's never one thing" seems to be the general message here, so 1 cup of tea probably wouldn't break it. Coconut milk is bluer because of the nutrient profile (potassium, saturated fat), but I've seen people get girls despite chugging coconut milk and water. Would another dairy substitute work for you? Almond, soy, etc.?
Is it the caffeine effects of coffee you don't tolerate well? Would eating food with your coffee help?
