I'm sorry I feel a bit stupid writing this because the answer is probably don't participate!
So I plan on LE from now and use December as the month of our first try. If I ovulate when I expect to it will be late December, now am I likely to damage my sway with Christmas dinner etc? We don't have a huge meal so I'm not concerned about that but there'd be more treats than usual i.e. Mince pies and chocolates etc. Will a day or two if treats spoil the sway? And if so should I avoid the extra treats all together or put the first attempt off til Jan?
I actually conceived my 2yo DD in December while on holiday but my OV was the 16th of December so I'd already conceived before all indulgent chocolates came out! Has anyone swayed successfully during the festive period?

Hi and Welcome!
Cheats are most certainly allowed and required to be able to continue strictly on the diet. What I would do is stay strict on the diet leading up to your Christmas gatherings and then make the best choices you can. I attended 3 Christmas and New Year gatherings plus my wedding anniversary (1/3). I conceived a girl around 1/6-1/8. Don't sweat it! It's your overall pattern that matters!
🤞🏻for you!

Thank you for your reply!! I had worried that if I maintain LE and then ovulate on a treat day then it may go in favour of the treat day!
You have put my mind at rest thank you❤️

Cheating on social occasions is not only allowed but encouraged on LE Diet. And cheating on holidays is MANDATORY.
Yes people get girls all the time during and around the holidays!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

If doing anything for one day could sway, we'd do diet for one day.
We have our stats that show very, very clearly that 12 weeks or more on diet sways the hardest (even though people invariably relaxed and cheated more overall) 2-4 weeks was NOT effective, barely better than 50-50 (even though many of those people were quite strict durring that time.) Given this, there is NO earthly way that one day does anything at all whatsoever since even 2-4 weeks of very strict diet was less effective than 12+ weeks of more relaxed diet/!!!
