    Painful BH?!?

Cue the BH! I don't remember them being this damn painful in my other pregnancies, or even being painful early on in this pregnancy!

Is there any truth to the more pregnancies you have, the more painful the BH are? My OB made me aware of this at my last appointment, but I had mild ones before now. She said that as I approach labor the BH will be more painful than I've experienced and so will the postpartum cramping.

Has anyone else experienced this with 4+ pregnancies? I know I'm no wuss or anything but damn they hurt!! I know they are BH because they go away with exercise, drinking water, etc.

Thanks! Would love some opinions on this!

I actually had really painful BH all throughout my pregnancy with DD and then bad postpartum cramping. I used to REALLY get them after orgasm (lol) -- it was the first sign I was pregnant with my oopsy 3 and a half months after DD!

My midwife said it's a uterine sensitivity thing. I'd imagine with 4+ pregnancies your uterus would be more sensitive. I swear mine got better with all the RRL I drank in the third tri? But I think you already drink that?

Idk... you're SO close. Sure they're not real contractions but you're not going into labor? I'd wonder if you're just dilating!

YES mine got worse and worse and the postpartum cramps after #4 and #5 were absolutely terrible! Practically as bad as labor!

My BH with my last pregnancy were so terrifyingly painful, I remember laying on the bed watching some really old weird Aladdin movie and thinking "OMG this is it, it's over, I just know it". But nope they went away by the next day - or at least toned back down to normal So nervewracking though!! My sympathies - hoping baby stays put nice and snug for another few weeks!!
