DH has high Testosterone, weight trains (he’s a personal trainer) and also eats a very meaty/protein diet (lots of organic red meat, organic chicken, organic eggs/fish etc).
Does anyone know if this will affect my pink sway? I’ve mentioned in an alternative thread that I am planning to follow a strict girl diet however I am concerned that my DH is going to mess that all up! There is no way that he will eat a girl friendly diet as it makes him super grumpy and sleepy when he eats pretty much any type of carb!
If someone could please clarify that’d be great!

I think its mostly down to your diet hun but would he consider doing it for just a few weeks? My hubby done it for 9 weeks...you could try black mail just say you will keep having babies otherwise lol x

Most DH's here won't sway and we've still had lots of successes. FWIW my DH went vegetarian and made some other pink friendly changes but we had a boy anyway. I don't think him not participating in swaying will hurt your sway.

Thank you all for responding!
I like you thinking however there is no way he’ll even consider changing away from his regular diet! (tbh it makes him so grumpy and lethargic, I don’t know if I’d want him to change it) I’m just hoping that his high testosterone won’t win out in the end! We’ll also be BDing probably at least every day so maybe that will lower it????
Fingers crossed that my hard work will work out in the end!

This was my DH before DD. I was so extremely LE, it didn't seem to matter. He was depressed and smoking a cigar once a week though, too, which sways girl. But he's knocked me up twice with precum, so if that level of virility can yield a girl, any guy can

Men don't have to follow LE Diet. Because our bodies are the ones that carry a baby and then (in nature anyway) nurse it for 18 months after that and then raise the child to adulthood, it's our diets that send a signal to our bodies.
Men do bring things to the table but they are not directly diet related per se in the way you're thinking of it.
We have tons of men on here who are super into fitness and have girl after girl. Testosterone has never been proven to sway for anyone really and the evidence that it sways hard for men is even sparser than it is for we ladies.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Also re BD every day - be sure you're using protection for most of that and only have ONE unprotected attempt in your fertile window. For reasons we do not understand, having just one attempt has been really pink friendly for us.
