Quick question for women who break out during pregnancy

Hi ladies!!
I have been recently breaking out mainly on my chin since I've been pregnant. I wanted to know what are some good facial washes I can use that are also pregnancy safe. I'm going to be taking maternity pictures soon and I don't want a pimpley face lol! Thanks so much!

Tea tree soap is safe! Also Mario Badescu buffering lotion is pregnancy safe, too, and the only thing that helped my cystic hormonal acne during those early trimesters! Though if you're in your third, products with AHA are safe as well.
