Main things are:
One attempt at positive opk
Le diet for 12 weeks, someone will chime in more about what this is
Cardio exercise 60 minutes at least 6-7 days a week
Alcohol
Coffee
Clomid if you can get it

I found reading Atomic's complete index a great place to start. There's a lot of reading but you can pick and choose what to read and the explanations are great.
