Yep they are just swollen, google baby boy unltrasounds and it won’t look any different to other babies.

This is all just my opinion I’m no Dr [emoji846]

I can identify scrotum and penis in this pic. 20 weeks is perfect time to confirm gender, everything should be in its place.
