Sylk lube: how to use to TTC?

I am swaying for a girl and am going to ovulate in the next few days...I want to try using Sylk to lower PH/etc. this cycle. Two questions:

1. Is this available to purchase brick and mortar? If so, where have you found it?
2. How exactly do I use it? Do I lubricate myself (fingertip inside or what?) prior to BD? How far in advance of BD? Or does DH do it? Or both? Do I do a fingertip again a certain time after BD? for how long? What if I am using a diva cup or instead cup? Can I lubricate THAT and put it in after BD, would that keep PH down?

I heard that the best way is to put it on dh. You can use it right before you dtd. Put it onto dh so therefor when he is inside you it gets into all your nooks and crannies.
As far as I know, it is not something to be used after dtd.

I think it's best to just use it as you would use any lube.
