hello everyone ! I am new so hopefully I will post it the right way![]()
So!
Soon I will be starting my girl sway attempt.
Please review and if you have any suggestions ..(please respond -would appreciate any adv !), have few questions also!
DW-
Clomid 3-7 dc,
baby aspirin - every 2-3 days (with a break for@),
diet coke , peppermint tea,
LE diet - so far cutting red meat, eggs, no breakfast and no snacking, low calories but not counting exactly- I want to go veg.only soon,
fibre before a big meal,
Non alco beer,
Everyday fast walks for me, an hr at least.
(Coffee?? -Hard for me to start up with coffee - as I don't drink at all)
Thinking about zyrtec, every 2nd day and take last tab. 2 days before attempt,
Here can't decide which way is better for us - FR and one attempt close to O day, or abstain 7-10 days and one attempt (I am 30yo my hubby 29) also wondering should I use Rephresh?! Hot bath for DH before attempt.
(I am expressing milk once a day still for my son sometimes he drinks sometimes not -its been 9 months since the birth)
DH-
OLE-20% (500mg - 1x a day)
Liquorice root - (420mg1x a day)
Humuli lupuli -(similar to LR) 420mg 1×a day)
Ca&Mg
Beer And other %
Thinking about Sudafed but don't know if he needs it ?!
Not sure if LR is working? - because my husband still has frequent needs and I thought LR would lower his sex drive ?! - I am thinking that his testosterone must be high then,(sorry correct me if I am wrong) but can you see the change in "wanting" after LR? Or just in the performance?!
Few other questions :
how many cycles can I take Clomid safely?
Does DH need to be on diet as I am ?
Can I omit coffee?or too important factor?
Should I change something just because I am still expressing milk (I want to do that until I get pregnant again as it sways pink also - I heard-true?)
Do I need to start drinking alcohol also?
Thank you so much for any advice in my sway!

Is baby aspiriin for swaying?? If so I'd leave it out, we've moved away from that because it had too many risks and side effects.
It's fine not to track daily but I do want to be sure you're getting ENOUGH. The minimum limits are more important to prevent you from cutting back too far on diet.
Peppermint tea can cut back milk supply so be aware of that.
Coffee has been effective if you can stand it
Zyrtec has not been effecive and has really cut odds of conception. Can also really dry up milk
I cannot recommend Humuli since I have not seen anyone getting any babies while using it
I'd skip the Sudafed, hardly anyone does that any more
Abstain and FR have gotten very similar results (not very effective, either) so please do what will work best for you
Lots of guys see no change on the LR
6 cycles for Clomid
DH does not need to do the same diet as you but if he goes vegetarian or even just gives up red meat it may help
Breastfeeding does seem to sway pink but the effects probably last a while after stopping if you need to stop
Alcohol - at your discretion no more than 1 per day!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you Atomic for your reply!
I was actually very keen to start baby aspirin (yes for swaying), I know few girls who took it and all have girls,
Same with Humuli- can be taken instead of LR , and also girls whos DH's were taking this and DW baby aspirin they had girls,(usually it went together)
My main problem - coffee ! Can't stand it ! Used to drink it ages ago , but I am actually not feeling well after it , could I use any capsules supplements instead ? Bcs I don't think I can stand the feeling after..
Coke zero I can stand tho !
Does my DH need to cut back on his coffee intake ?and about dairy - my DH loves yoghurts, chees etc.does he needs cut back ? (Word is those are boy friendly?)
At the moment DH - beer sometimes
DW- alcohol free beer

Well, we've tracked our results with baby aspirin and found it did absolutely nothing and has caused a lot of risks and side effects.
I will never recommend a supp that I have not seen quite a lot of people take and have a good sense as to safety and efficacy.
Do what you would like to do for your sway. I just can't endorse and sign off on things unless I have a certain level of confidence in them.
Coffee has been SO effective for us that I do recommend that for you and DH. I have not found Coke Zero to be in any way effective and I can't suggest any replacement supps for coffee since I do not believe it's caffeine, I think it's something actually IN coffee itself that sways. Again, totally up to you.
If he's willing to cut back a little on full fat dairy it may help!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
