I drink vegan shakeology about 6 days a week. Just decided to search about it in this site and ahhh it sways boy. Opinions?!?! Is that true?!?! I was drinking it when I conceived boy in 2014. I was hoping the vegan version would be okay.

Being vegan doesn't really have anything to do with it, it's the fact that those shakes are packed with vitamins, minerals, and herbs which can sway blue. Typically for pink we want to stay away from fortified foods so I'd skip the shakeology.

I was drinking it when I conceived my son in 2016. [emoji51]
I love the stuff but will be postponing my subscription for the next year or so.
I would definitely skip it if you’re trying to sway pink!

No shakes, they're fortified with tons and tons of nutrients and tend to sway blue.
