Hi,
I am looking at getting some Cranberry Supps for OH and had a look at Holland and Barrett, but the dosage and fresh fruit equivalent are confusing me.
Has anyone got these and can advise or where do you get yours from in the UK?
Thanks.

I was taking 2-3 of these per day, but have since decided to stop: http://www.boots.com/en/Seven-Seas-C...-Capsules_577/ although honestly I'd wait until you have done the diet a while, see what your pH is like, and only then take them if you need them
