Hi! So here's what I'm looking for: some successful pink sways of boy moms who have 3 or more boys. I know there aren't too many!
I feel like the successful pink sway, after maybe only having one boy, could be different story than those who have several boys, then manage to have a girl.
Bonus would be if you have a few boys, including a failed sway, to see what you changed or did differently the next go round.
I'm looking for some commonalities of what's working for those of us inclined to make boys! I don't necessarily need the full sway, really just input or what you found to be critical to the sway.
I have 3 boys, one failed sway, and if we go for the final 4th, it's gotta be a good one.

Pink sways after 3+ boys?
I have 3 boys with my third being a "failed" girl sway. I hate typing that, because he was clearly very much meant to be a part of our family! I have both of my sways posted on here, and I will attach them for you to read through. You will see they are very different from one another! Both times it took me a long time to conceive but for very different reasons. With my DS3, I messed with supplements and increased one that wrecked havoc on my fertility. With my DD, my Vitamin D levels were incredibly low causing my hormones to be out of wack and high prolactin causing both causing me to have very long cycles with delayed ovulation. I was prescribed Clomid to reduce my prolactin levels, since I was still breastfeeding my DS3 at the time. Everything else was also very different from diet, exercise, and attempts. Feel free to ask me additional questions either here or by sending me a private message. 🤞🏻so hard for you!

Wow! That's amazing, lucky #7. Do you have a link to your sway? I really appreciate it!
Thank you, XX, that's exactly what I'm looking for. My DS3 is seriously a force of nature, and I'm obsessed with him. We say "fail", but with love, and I know exactly what you mean.
Thank you ladies!Last edited by JJ66; September 21st, 2017 at 03:28 PM.

Well I have 3 boys and finally our girl....but I wasn't swaying on purpose. We had a 5 year run of infertility and then repeat miscarriages, and the cycle I finally conceived our little girl successfully was last Dec when I was on a treatment break (so no expensive vitamins/supplements/methylfolate/FertilAid/ etc etc, no meds, no Femara, no IUI/IVF). I was just sick of it all and was on a mental break so we were pretty much at NTNP. I was also sick of spending hundreds on fertility vitamins every month so I was only taking omega 3 and cheapie Walmart Equate brand prenatals.
Actually the month I conceived I was distracted by holiday prep so I was barely even tracking ovulation, I remember I totally flaked on doing enough OPK's so I actually missed my surge. I can usually pinpoint O to within 12 hours, that December I could only guess within a range of 3 days based on when we'd bd'ed lol. Because we were so careless with trying that month I actually think we did end up with just one attempt in the fertile window too - not on purpose but because we were too pooped to try any harder!
I'd thrown out swaying pretty much entirely since we just wanted to conceive and we really didn't care about gender. However, I do think the ongoing hellish stress of 5 years of TTC, the recurrent miscarriages (3 within a year prior), plus I was very fit and exercising a lot (ballet dancer training 4+ times a week and performing Nutcracker last Dec). Also I had gotten in a habit of skipping breakfast and just having coffee as my regular routine.
So while I wouldn't recommend doing what I did lol, I do think that in the end I was doing a lot of pink sway lifestyle factors even if not deliberately. The ongoing stress factor was probably one of the biggest ones.Me (38) and DH (38)

FET attempt #1 (Nov 2014) - cancelled due to functional cyst. FET attempt #2 (Jan 30, 2015) - NT. Remaining embie failed to thaw.
May 2015 - started infertility treatments at OFC. Femara 2.5mg

Apr 2016 - IVF Cycle #2. Converted to IUI because of uneven response and leading follicles.

I have 4 boys hadn't heard of swaying until just before ttc #5. Huge things for me I think. I skipped breakfast, drank at least 4 cups of coffee a day, other than coffee had Coke Zero, if I did eat meat it was white, and just had unhealthy carbs [emoji38]. Lost 10lbs in the 7 weeks on diet before conceiving. Tried by best to stick with the protein, fat, carbs percentages but wasn't super strict and didn't stress over it. And dh was not going for one attempt we had 3. Due in January with baby girl

Lol one more thing I was a runner and completely stopped on my diet so I went with the 0 exercise deal since I had so much muscle to begin with. I could tell I lost so much muscle and was so weak just from the diet but it was all worth it and I'll get it back soon enough

????? No, I think we've had quite a few actually, including mine after 4 boys. In fact I'd say the majority of my pink swayers have 3 boys if not 4. Most people do not even discover swaying until after their second boy is born and a lot of people do only timing with their first "sway" (this was totally my story, did Shettles with DS 3, then tried to sway with DS 4 but was taking tons of vitamins as told to by IG, likely had more than one attempt, and also got pregnant in a month I'd taken off to try and regain weight.) So if your theory is that swaying is harder for those with lots of boys already and that people who sway for a girl after one boy is somehow skewing our results, that is really not supported by the facts as most of the people in our sway stats have at least 2 and even more often 3/4 boys already. Way, way more people sway with 3 boys already than sway with only one child.
Here is what I did differently with my DD:
One attempt (only conception with one attempt)
Losing weight (with other boys I had either just gained or was holding steady)
At lowest conception weight
Husband and I both drinking alcohol (did not with any boys)
TRUE LE Diet for 6 months
Vitex for 6 months (but I also got a boy taking vitex)
Breastfeeding (I was with DS 4 as well but not any of the others)
Coffee instead of tea (only one without drinking tea, I drink massive amounts)
Only kid where I was skipping breakfast
Was not taking vitamins or eating fortified cereal (I took vitamins with 3 of 4 and ate cereal with 3 of 4)
Under loads of stress/sleepless nights
I had probably the lowest sex drive of my whole adult life due to vitex, stress, lack of sleep
Husband inexplicably took up smoking when he turned 40, only conception where he was smoking
Husband had gained tons of weight compared to when we got our boys
Lowest intake of dairy and calcium for both myself and my husband by far
We were both over 40Last edited by atomic sagebrush; September 24th, 2017 at 12:14 PM.

Oh and while I did lose weight before I conceived my 4th son too (and then took a month to gain some back but then got pregnant that month grr) I found that I maintained a lot of muscle mass with him. The second time, after I had him I lost like 70 lbs, baby weight and then some, and I was a lot less muscle and a lot more mush.
