When and how often do you do OPK's?

Hi,

As the title says. How often and at what time do you test with OPK's?

Regular OPK's 2pm and 7pm. Watch as the line gets darker, and you can start digital ones (smiley) - they are more expensive so you may want to do 1 x a day and when O gets closer you can add more if you want. I test everyday starting around CD 9 or 10. I stop testing when I get a positive digital.

Oh, and you may want to hold your pee before testing so it is not diluted.

I only used digital OPKs and only once a day mid-afternoon.

I found FMU actually worked better for me, but if you have a short surge they might not work. This cycle I won't start using them until I get fertile CM, and then try and use 2 a day. During my fertile days before I've used one at 8am, one as 12pm, and again at 7pm.
