Hi, I did read a thread from a few months ago asking about pregnitude and you were saying for women who don't have pcos to not take it. I do have PCOS and have weight to lose, so when we decide to ttc again I was thinking about adding this to my sway? I plan on doing the pcos LE diet, exercise, low dose aspirin (I have a blood clotting disorder), and most likely clomid too as well as one attempt at O. I hate coffee and cannot bring myself to drink it at all lol. Could this benefit my sway or should I just forget it? Thanks!

Yes as long as you have more than 30 lbs to spare then I'd seriously consider the Pregnitude BUT since Pregnitude has folic acid, which you should not have given your clotting disorder, I suggest taking myoinositol separately and then taking only folate for your sway. No folic acid!

I forgot to add that I take metformin for my PCOS. 1700mgs per day. Should I take both metformin and myoinositol, or just one or the other?

Oh sorry in that case take just the Metformin. They do basically the same thing and I think both together is very much overkill.
